The Apple Loop is dead. Long live the Apple Loop.

Sometime after I stopped writing at MyMac.com, The Apple Loop was created as a "site-within-a site" of www.behappyandfree.com, my other blog.

The Apple Loop didn't get a lot of attention. I posted only six essays in two years. The domain was about to expire, and I had to decide what to do with it. When I found this System 8 theme for Rapidweaver; I couldn't resist using it. Thus did The Apple Loop reign again. :-)

There have been many changes at Apple, and in the world, since I first wrote A Monograph on the Apple Business Model in 2003. This newly independent site will make it easier to share with you my thoughts on what is happening now. The Apple Loop will be Apple-centric, since I have other sites for other issues.

My writings at mymac.com were not lost. The MyMacCollection (2003-2004) can be downloaded as a free e-book (pdf format) HERE if you are interested.

In addition to this site, I also have
www.augursoftware.com (Home of eCalculator, which everybody should own and use regularly.)
www.squeegeegraphics.com (T-shirts & promotional items - my original vocation. Orders needed. Mention The Apple Loop and get a discount.)
www.behappyandfree.com (The ultimate "Think Different" location. Commentary on virtue in a merciless world.)
Feel invited to visit these sites, too, and to throw a bone occasionally. Both heretics and hypocrites need to eat.

If you are an Apple aficionado and would like to make a writing contribution to this site, please contact me. If you are an industry vendor with a story to tell about your product, please contact me, too. My goal is to make this an interesting, informative and thought-provoking site. The more voices the better.

Welcome to the Twilight Zone, er, I mean, the Outer Limits, no, that's not it. oh yeah. The Apple Loop. Sit back. Relax. Keep your spirit alive by the glow of the modern campfire. Join in.

peace,
